What does a Insight Analyst do?
As a Insight Analyst, you’ll collaborate with technical and non-technical people to collect, present and promote insights and share how they can be used to increase consumer and client satisfaction. You’ll be working across accounts and markets to understand more about the consumers and clients.
Your will be working closely with the product managers defining the success metric and building a platform to track those metrics on the regular basis. You will be working closely with the engineering team to make sure that tracking in place with the code to help measure the right success metric.
What will you do?
- Work with data and insight to translate it into user friendly business information
- Investigate and report on complex data interactions to help identify and address our clients’ key strategic business opportunities
- Perform behavior analysis
- Create statistical data models to be used as tools in the development of client portfolio strategies
- Organize and present data gathering, analysis, reporting, and extract insights out of it
- Collaborate with product and other functions to establish efficient process that enables organization to leverage key insights and advanced analytics.
What you'll need?
- 3+ years of experience in an Insight Analyst (or similar) role
- Proven experience translating data into user friendly, business information
- Knowledge of marketing and customer insights
- Experience presenting market insight and marketing trends
- Advanced MS Excel skills (able to work with large data sets)
- Experience working with BI Tools like Tableau and AWS Quick Sight
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Experience working with customer/client feedback and satisfaction data
- Excellent communication skills
- Business awareness
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
- Bi-lingual (US English and Latin American Spanish) a plus.
