Effort assessment activities involve supporting and assessing vendor solutions. Development includes requirements analysis for the implementation and integration of information technology.
Information technology experience must include all of the following: design, test, implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of large scale networks, system engineering, development and integration, and the implementation and coordination of network policy, procedures, and standards. May be required to train users. May recommend alterations to IT development and design to improve quality of products and/or procedures.
