We are seeking experienced and motivated professionals who are looking to return to the workforce after a career break of a minimum of 2 years for various professional roles within multiple Engineering disciplines including but not limited to: Electrical, Systems, Software, Hardware, and Mechanical Engineering.

The Northrop Grumman iReturn program provides experienced professionals with internal support, mentors, and connections with other iReturning employee to transition back to a full-time career in one of several fields at Northrop Grumman through training, professional development, and networking opportunities. This "Returnship" program focuses on providing you with a seamless transition back into the workforce.

Applicants must have prior work experience in the discipline in which they looking to return.

Salary Range: $81,000 USD - $150,000 USD


Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
