Job Summary
Assists in the development, management and execution of Information Technology project change management initiatives and stakeholder communications. This role will actively support projects with focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, organizational structure and job roles. Accountable for the planning and management oversight of all change management activities within the context of a system deployment or IT transformation project.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Information Technology executive team, leaders, and employees across functional groups to strategize, plan and implement high-quality, high-impact communications that advance the organization's mission and goals.
  • Perform change management for IT capital projects which includes driving stakeholder engagement through leadership alignment, voice of the customer, cultural alignment and behavioral changes, developing and executing detailed, strategic and tactical plans for change management to ensure speed of adoption, utilization and proficiency to achieve desired outcomes
  • Execute change management activities such as needs analysis, key messaging, stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, learning/training planning, organizational readiness assessments, resistance management, and OCM risk mitigation
  • Generate communication deliverables in support of change effort which could include SharePoint information hubs, infographics, videos, Workplace posts, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
  • Provide clear, timely and accurate status reports to Project Managers and stakeholders as necessary

Minimum Requirements
Minimum education needed:
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Business, or related work experience, OR in lieu of degree, minimum eight years of relevant professional experience

Minimum experience needed:
  • Analyst I: 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Analyst II: 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Analyst III: 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Analyst Sr: 6+ years of relevant experience

Demonstrated experience consulting with leaders, including identifying needs, developing action plans, identifying deliverables and presenting results/recommendations

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities needed:
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and leading practices with previous experience with large scale organizational change efforts
  • Strong consulting skills with ability to influence leaders

Any licenses or certifications needed:
  • Prosci certification is a plus
