Duties and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and document all end-user equipment and applications
- Research and respond to service desk requests by providing customer-focused support
- Resolve Level 2 technical issues
- Travel to locations throughout PA
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field.
