Location: Roche Bobois Warehouse (18780 S Central Ave, Carson, CA 90746)
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7a.m. to 3:30p.m.
Job Description
- Assist the accounting department on a daily basis
- Accounts Payable and Receivable entries
- Suppliers' reconciliation
- Intercompany Reconciliation
- Preparation of monthly analysis (Margin, Receivables, Payables, Sales statistics)
- Review of accounting reports: Account ledgers review, Supplier statements reconciliation,
- Preparation of the monthly closing
- As well as other tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- BS degree in Accounting/Finance
- Previous experience in Accounting/Finance appreciated (internship included) 6-12 months
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Analysis skills, detail oriented, ability to meet deadlines
