This is a Remote work from home opportunity, this person needs to reside in one of the following states: Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama or Florida. This person will travel into the Cox Atlanta GA office on occasion, for special projects or meetings as needed.

If you are a passionate Marketer with proven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and/or Client Marketing experience, this is a unique opportunity for you to drive adoption, acceleration, and expansion in our largest client accounts.

Join our dynamic Enterprise Marketing Team which sits at the intersection of innovation and imagination, to help us build and strengthen our Key Account Marketing function, by expanding into existing client named accounts with targeted tactics that drive customer engagement, awareness, and adoption.

As a Key Account Marketing Senior Manager at Cox Automotive, it will be your mission to develop and execute target Enterprise Sales account strategies for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Enterprise Dealers, and Lenders to support account-based selling, plus you will ensure that existing accounts are having an engaging client experience.

What You'll Don


  • You'll create and maintain account marketing programs and tactics as well as develop sales enablement content such as client pitch decks, executive business review presentations, RFP responses, customizable sales collateral, and other materials for existing client accounts
  • You'll participate in growth strategies development with the sales team to help optimize engagement within the enterprise high-value accounts delivering 1-to-1 and 1-to-few nurture/expansion campaigns
  • You'll educate the Enterprise Sales, client support teams, and other stakeholders on new and existing marketing activities being performed
  • You'll work in partnership with Key Account Marketing Director, Enterprise Sales, and Sales Strategy teams to develop overall marketing strategy to align to account goals and objectives
  • You'll explore, recommend, and develop the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key enterprise accounts in an ongoing basis
  • You'll perform in-depth research to identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
  • You'll define measurement criteria and report on metrics on a regular basis; learn, modify and work to continuously improve performance of marketing programs
  • You'll partner with Marketing Technology & Operations to develop accurate and actionable understanding of ABM orchestration platform and contact data quality across account segments, and plans to augment where necessary
  • You'll function as a member of the broader Enterprise Marketing team, providing functional guidance and expertise in all aspects of marketing
  • You'll ensure projects and day-to-day tasks are delivered on time, within budget and are in alignment with Enterprise Marketing along with the sales goals and priorities.
  • You'll provide exceptional customer service for internal and external clients.
  • You'll perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who inspires trust and respect and has the background to prove it. Someone with the experience and vision to build cohesive client experiences across marketing campaigns and initiatives. Someone who approaches their work with a spirit of partnership, proactivity and dependability.

Minimum:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 12 years' experience in a related field


Preferred:


  • Agency experience a plus
  • Effective organizational skills.
  • Previous account-based marketing experience.
  • The ability to navigate and succeed in a fluid work environment with many partners
  • The ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles
  • Analysis skills to not only present data, but also summarize the findings and propose recommendations for future improvement
  • Strong knowledge and experience with sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce.com, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Seismic, Terminus, etc.
  • Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.
