Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Laboratory Manager for our facility to ensure we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role:

• You will be responsible for technical and scientific oversight of the laboratory.
• You will be responsible for performing tests and assure the quality and timeliness of testing.
• You will encourage an ongoing program of improvement of Laboratory services.
• You will provide technical consultation for each of the specialties/sub specialties in the laboratory including respiratory dept.
• You will provide support and be a clinical resource for staff.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

• Certification as MT (ASCP), CLS, or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science is required.
• General knowledge of all Laboratory functions is required.
• Minimum 4 years full time laboratory experience in high complexity testing is required.

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
