Lakeland Ticket Coordinator Job at Detroit Tigers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist with the planning, development, and execution of promotional and special events
2. Administrator for Lakeland Flying Tiger; Kids Club, Silver Slugger and Business Alliance programs, including membership drives, membership correspondence, package fulfillment, grass-roots marketing, special event planning and revenue tracking
3. Coordinate graphic and ticketing link requests from Sales Executives for group leaders, corporate events, and non-profit fundraising
4. Organize and coordinate season ticket holder & sales events including prospecting, season ticket holder and auxiliary package holder events
5. Generate daily sales reports, call reports, unpaid account report, and update sales board to provide to management
6. Oversee and train new employees on ticketing system and department processes and procedures
7. Produce hospitality, fan experience and scoreboard message reports
8. Act as liaison between Sales, Box Office, and all other departments
9. Process ticket orders in the ticketing system when necessary
10. Assist Box Office manager with accounting tasks
11. All other duties as assigned
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
2. Strong computer, verbal, and writing skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
4. Ability to take direction from multiple individuals and prioritize responsibilities
5. Excellent organizational skills, data management, analytical, and interpersonal skills
6. Sales/customer service background is a plus
WORK CONDITIONS:
1. Office environment
2. Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday hours required
