Well Established Lawncare and landscape Company in Kansas City Missouri. Looking for an Experienced Outside Sales Person knowledgable in Lawncare and Landscaping.

Required:

• 3+ experience in customer service & sales
• Computer Skills (Windows, Must type over 35 words per minute, efficiently capable of working in Microsoft products)
• Must be capable of working outdoors and visiting job sites frequently
• Valid Drivers License
• Available to attend monthly city meetings and HOA meetings in the Evening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Knowledgable on Bid proposal Packets
• Responds to all estimate requests in a timely manner
• Sells projects at approved prices to meet or exceed targeted profit margins.
• Maintains record and tracking of all proposals in progress and timely follows-up to maximize sales opportunities. Aggressively pursues all proposals in progress.

Preferred:

• Candidates with direct experience selling to turf, lawn or chemical customers, commercial clients, golf courses, real estate owners or property managers
• Individuals with experience in similar industries (HVAC, building maintenance, janitorial, construction etc.) that service commercial properties.
• Education or work experience in area of Landscape or Agriculture
• Track record of success in sales

Outside Sales position is paid on a commission basis after 6 months. First 6 months you will be paid $2500 guaranteed plus 8% of your monthly sales. After 6 months, you will switch to guaranteed $1250 per month plus 15% of your monthly sales. All sales contracts must be signed for a 3 year contract. You will make commission on all sales on a per month basis the length of the signed contract. After 90 days you will be eligibile for Heath Insurance and Aflac Accidental Insurance.
