We are looking for a Lead Cabinet Maker to join us in our mission by providing support and direction to our cabinetmaking team. We are looking for a lead cabinetmaker who can fulfill a key position in our growing Christian company. Consider joining our team if you have experience in cabinet making & CNC equipment and hold leadership qualities.

Our Ideal Lead Cabinet Maker:

• Experienced: Must have cabinet-making experience; CNC equipment experience is a plus.
• Knowledge: Must have a thorough understanding of residential cabinet making and the ability to create a building plan from prints.
• Leadership: Must provide leadership and direction to the cabinetmaking team while delegating tasks.
• Training: Willingness to provide training for new team members in cabinetmaking
• Maintain: Quality control in the cabinetmaking shop.
• Recommend: Identify engineering changes for production & machinery improvements and workflow.
• Efficient: Able to manage your time and set daily or hourly workflows.
• Quality Focused: Able to notice flaws in the product and/or mistakes during the cabinetmaking process.
• Team Player: Humble and hardworking. You lead by example and care about your teammates & customers. Passionate about working together to provide quality service to the customer.
