Bella Terra Nursing & Rehabilitation is hiring for a Lead CNA.
As Lead CNA you will be joining an amazing team of talented and fun department heads.
This position will be a mostly Monday to Friday position with hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:40 pm (time is a little bit flexible).
Primary responsibilities would include but not limited to:
- Training new CNAs - completing skills checklists with all new hires, assisting Nurse Aides in becoming Certified Nurse Aides.
- Scheduling - scheduling CNAs for all shifts according to facility needs and budget.
- Finding replacements for call offs - calling other staff to see if they can help with unexpected openings, filling in for them when necessary if a replacement can't be found.
- Central Supply - budgeting and ordering of supplies needed for the nursing department.
Some weekends will be necessary for this position - either filling in on shifts or training weekend staff. When weekends are necessary plans will be made for other time off during the week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
