A Cook is responsible for the implementation of the daily menus according to the shift.
Qualifications:
- Experience preferred, but not required.
- Serves meals by reviewing recipes by assembling, combining, and cooking the ingredients.
- Attends to the detail and presentation of meals.
- Cleaning dishes during shift both before and after meals. This includes but is not limited to plates, silverware, and glassware. Will be accountable for assorting and separating, as well.
- Daily sweeping and/or mopping of kitchen floor according to shift.
- Maintaining a sanitized kitchen
- Reporting to Chef Executive for directions on menu preparation, daily duties, and any other questions regarding shift duties.
- May be required to perform other task that is asked by management team.
- Required to stay alert and attentive during all scheduled work hours.
- Must wear hair restraints during all meal preparation and serving.
