The Lead Client Service Representative provides top-notch client service for clients and pets and serves as the leader of the reception team. The exceptional lead CSR has the ability to diffuse negative client situations and foster client bonding while working to maintain a positive team environment within the hospital. The Lead will work with the clinic managers to create the Client Service Representative (CSR) Schedule and to find coverage when CSR’s call out. The Lead will address client complaints and concerns, CSR reviews and staffing concerns in partnership with the Clinic Managers, Lead Associate Veterinarian and Senior Management and monitor continuity of Client Care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

We require all of our team members show proof of COVID vaccination. Unvaccinated clients are asked to wear a mask when in the clinic.
