Job Summary
We are looking for a receptionist/legal assistant to join our Missoula team. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to several attorneys in various practice areas and various receptionist duties. This is a full time position with salary DOE and a comprehensive benefit package. Ideal candidates will have legal assistant experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: calendaring, filing (physical and electronic), scanning, copying, processing incoming and outgoing mail, proofreading, drafting documents, organizing records, submitting various court filings, greeting clients, answering phones, notarizing documents and scheduling travel.
Qualifications:
Previous professional experience in a legal setting
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines
Excellent time management skills
Excellent word processing, written and verbal communication skills
