Leisure Sales Manager Job at Silverado Resort and Spa
SALARY RANGE $75,000 - $85,000 DOE. The Leisure Sales Manager is responsible for planning, soliciting, booking, and coordinating the resorts Leisure Sales Market.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee account and production goals in the Northeast region
- Support revenue goals by generating leisure/transient business at each hotel
- Organize and schedule direct sales efforts via phone, email, and in person
- An average of 5 prospecting efforts per day is expected
- Plan and execute a 12-month strategic business plan
- Play a key role in the development of the hotel’s leisure marketing plan
- Build effective relationships with consortia accounts
- Support the hotels wholesale account strategy
- Accurately maintain and build the Salesforce database of clients
- Ensure effective leisure pricing strategies are properly communicated to leisure clients
- Develop regional planning and strategies to increase brand exposure
- Assist as needed on wider company sales initiatives
- Attend promotional events, trade shows, community, and industry events, and evaluate effectiveness to ensure a proper return on investment
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
