Massage Therapist Job Description

Aura Grace Aesthetic Medicine is currently seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team that is dedicated to making clients feel their best. We are looking for licensed, professional individuals skilled in; Integrated therapy, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, sports recovery, active recovery, and lymphatic drainage massages. We LOVE advanced modalities!!

Job Duties Include but not limited to:

• Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body

• Advise clients on stretching, strengthening, or relaxation methods

• Suggest future massage appointments and regimes to clients

• Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as they desire

• Ensured impeccable standards in cleaning and sterilizing treatment rooms, tools, and equipment.

• Developed productive relationships with management and colleagues; always jump in to help with clinic operations when not with clients ie, answer phones, schedule appointments, check in clients, and stock inventory.

• Ability to upsell clients on additional treatments and care that suits their individual needs.

• Perform all services reflective of Aura Grace Aesthetic Medicine protocols.

Job Requirements:

• AZ State licensure to practice as a massage therapist.

• 1 year of industry experience. OR Have experience beyond your schooling.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

• Outstanding people skills and a warm, friendly manner.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift 50 pounds.

• Ability to maintain client confidentiality.

Schedule:

• Weekdays

• Two weekends per month

Compensation:

• Hourly plus Commission

• Benefits Available with Full-time position
