Line Cook/Prep Cook: Clarkston Jobs Job at Saute' on 6th
Clarkston, WA Jobs, Food Service Industry! Exciting! Chef owned and operated restaurant. Improve your culinary skills! We are immediately hiring Line prep/cook and a dishwasher, must have 1-4 years experience for the line cook position. Saute' is a BUSY restaurant, need talented, quick line cooks that are open to improving their craft under the tutelage of Chef Robert Terry.
Must have kitchen knowledge and be malleable and ready to take instruction for precise cooking and presentation of high quality food preparation.
Must have a current State of Washington Food Handlers Card.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
- Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking mail dishes, desserts and appetizers.
- Plating prepared food based on Chef Robert Terry's guidance.
- Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time.
- Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of the shift.
- Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.49 per hour
