Rio Grande Grill & Taproom has a brew pub concept in the vacation town of Ruidoso, N.M., where families can come enjoy your favorite appetizers and salads, classic sandwiches, steaks and other delicious faire, along with craft beers, craft sodas, fine wines all in our cozy and rustic dining room and bar. The posted position's job duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow and maintain prep list
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Be creative and add a special to the menu
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Closed on Tuesday/Wednesday so two consecutive days off a week guaranteed.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
