Job Summary

As a Liquor Store Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that that emphasizes building relationships with our customers by focusing on understanding and exceeding their needs. Your overall objective will be to delight customers by providing efficient, accurate and pleasant check-out service and shopping assistance. You will spend a majority of your time on the sales floor replenishing stock directly interacting with our customers to ensure they are able to find the products they need and on the register. You will also be fully trained and able to assist customers. By working together, and providing exceptional service and support, we look to improve people's lives and continually offer the best products at the best price!

Job Description

• Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
• Education Desired: No High School diploma required
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age

Front End Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exemplary customer service by ensuring customers orders are processed through our registers accurately and efficiently in the friendliest manner.
• Smile, greet and provide service to the customers in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Operate cash register & drawer; receive cash, check or credit card from customers; make change
• Maintain cleanliness and/or safety of store facility, equipment, and premises.
• Stock all shelves, coolers, and backrooms.
• Assist manager in inventory control: receiving, pricing, and complete all paperwork pertaining to the merchandise deliver by the vendor.
• Check ID cards for legal sales of beer, tobacco, and related merchandise.
• Complete all paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
• Conduct self in a professional manner.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Must maintain work schedule and good attendance. Employees are required to cover shifts they are not able to work.
