JOB DESCRIPTION: LOAN PARTNER

Are you a problem solver? Do you enjoy seeing the pieces of a puzzle come together? Can you manage several time sensitive activities in order to meet critical deadlines? Then we want you at Pemberton Mortgage Group.
Your responsibilities:
- Review and analyze documentation to determine best loan for borrowers among a wide variety of products
- Nurture pipeline of leads throughout pre-approval process
- Provide high level of customer service when in direct contact with clients
- Ensure that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with company policy
- Verify loan documents and prepare application package for submittal to processing
- Review file documentation and make sure all items needed are requested then received
- Communicate between borrowers and lenders
- Perform any additional duties/activities assigned by management
Your qualifications:
- Organized, thorough, detail oriented
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- General knowledge of secondary market mortgage products
- Prior experience originating mortgage loans
- NMLS Louisiana state license required
