The Assisted Living Unit at Maple Knoll Village is seeking fulltime and PRN LPNs to work night shift (7pm to 7:30am). The starting pay for this position is $24.00 per hour, with $2.00 shift differential. Pay is based on prior LPN experience. Fulltime-3 shifts per week including every other weekend. PRN requirements are 3 shifts per month, hourly rate of $25.00 per hour, and $2.00 shift differential. Must have an active LPN license for the State of Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience, preferably in an Assisted Living setting OR one year experience in long term care. The Assisted Living/Village Care nurse provides medications, direct care and triage for the residents of Maple Knoll Village. Qualified candidates should have a valid drivers license, auto insurance, current CPR certification, and experience with electronic medical records. Must be able to tolerate limited exposure to resident's pets such as, cats, dogs, or birds.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

• Effectively communicates with residents, families, staff, and physicians regarding resident care and services.
• Passes medications and provides medical treatment within scope of practice and within designated time frames.
• Accurately documents and maintains medical records.
• Works with Security Department to triage medical needs.
