Responsibilities:

• Gives direct patient care according to the therapeutic plan of care developed by the supervising registered nurse under physician’s orders.
• Records nurses’ notes and other documentation required in client’s chart upon observation.
• Revises patient’s care plan as directed by supervising nurse. Reinforces teaching/instructions given to patient and caregivers by the physician, and/or supervising RN.
• Must be able to complete required procedures utilizing universal precautions and required safety measures.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
