Hope Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 38 bed, family owned and operated, skilled nursing facility located in the Village of Lomira, WI, just minutes from Fond du Lac, West Bend, Waupun and Mayville. We provide a variety of services including assisted living, rehabilitation services, and skilled nursing. As a smaller facility, we are able get to know our residents and their families very well in order to give them the great care they deserve.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
