The minimum pay rate for this position is $23.95 per hour. Starting pay rate will be based on years of experience. Including the following benefits of our total rewards package:

As an LPN Visit Nurse for our Hospice team, you will:
- Travels to complete visits for each assignment
- Meet daily productivity expectations set by the Hospice Clinical Manager
- Complete documentation within expected timelines.
- Coordinate care and communicate with the Hospice team

Experience

- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, valid insurance, and clean driving record
- 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience is preferred
