Threat Tec, LLC, a Veteran-Owned Small Business, has an immediate opening for a Program Coordinator to join our growing company remotely. This position will report directly to the LREC Program Manager and will assist in the oversight of all program administrative requirements, coordination of substitute Instructors, staffing administration, and deliverables support.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in monitoring, management, and forecasting of program foreign language instructor leave for both planned and emergency absences.
  • Monitor and report personnel changes including substitute personnel, update program PERSTAT.
  • Assist personnel with timekeeping management questions and assist with timesheet review/reconciliation at the end of each pay period.
  • Track employee timecards and verify accuracy of all allocated time including regular labor hours, PTO, and other applicable time designations.
  • Assist Instructors with gaining access to timekeeping system as needed.
  • Assist in monitoring schedules and performance of all deliverables within the Fort Bragg program Task Orders.
  • Liaison between program personnel and company functional areas to quickly resolve issues or relay information in support of the program.
  • Maintain and consolidate a calendar of events for the program/task orders.
  • Provide office and telephone coverage including accurate and timely messages, answering, and directing all telephone calls.
  • Follow policies and procedures as described in government and company handbooks, policies, and procedures.
  • Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing unclassified and classified materials according to procedures.
  • Assist with coordinating substitutes foreign language instructor to minimize the impact of the absence on the students
  • Assist with updating substitute time-keeping tracker information daily.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to assess staffing needs and help implement recruitment strategies for a variety of part-time and full-time positions.
  • Help source candidates through networking, direct sourcing and working with internal and external partners.
  • Effectively utilize various recruiting methods including internet sourcing, networking, and cold calling to source qualified candidates for positions
  • Assist with evaluating candidates during resume review, screening, and interview process.
  • Assist in administrative processes for identifying candidates, maintaining a pipeline of potential future candidates.
  • Compile, consolidate and maintain a variety of monthly status reports.
  • Enforce Government and Company policies with task order personnel.
  • Help maintain government and company certification/training requirements to ensure all training and certifications remain valid for program personnel.
  • Assist with Recruiting, Screening, and onboarding of new employees

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • High School/Equivalent Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite Programs: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word
  • 3-5 years of experience with automated labor hour timekeeping management
  • 3-5 years of Human Resources/Administrative-related experience
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to present material to senior DoD and non-DoD officials
  • Capable of providing direction and support to teams
