NDPERS is seeking a Mail Specialist in our Administrative Services Division. The Mail Specialist reports to the Administrative Services Manager and interacts with every team member at NDPERS. We serve thousands of members across the state by providing one of the nation's best and most comprehensive benefit programs.

As the Mail Specialist, you will be responsible for processing incoming mail and maintaining current address information for active and retired members.

To succeed in this position you must be eager to learn, have the ability to adapt quickly to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines, and have a commitment to the thoroughness and quality of your work.

Hiring Salary Range: $1,682 - $2,165/month

This position is part-time (28 hours per week) and is located onsite on our Bismarck, ND office.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma/GED and one year of work experience performing office support duties; or a combination of education and experience which demonstrates equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
