ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, break areas, offices, conference rooms, hallways, stairways, lobbies, locker rooms, drinking fountains etc., as required.

• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstery, furniture, and draperies using vacuum cleaner. • Dusts furniture, wood molding and office equipment and empties trash receptacles. • Performs minor repairs as required. • Sweeps, mops, and polishes floors, using brooms and mops or powered scrubbing and buffing machine.
• Polishes metalwork such as bathroom fixtures and fittings. • Washes windows, door panels and sills and clean filters in ceiling vents. • Transports trash and recyclables to collection sites • Replenishes supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, etc.) and replaces light bulbs. • Performs snow removal duties as required • Supports and participates in Morgan Olson’s PPS team efforts.
• Adheres to Quality policy by exceeding customer expectations, being customer focused and supporting continuous improvement activities. • Adheres to Safety policies and practices behavioral based safety 100% of the time. • Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS • High School Diploma or equivalent • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent Attendance • Flexibility with work hours • Must posses valid Driver’s license and vehicle. Physical Requirements Considerable walking, bending & twisting.

Exposure to cleaning agents containing bleach, ammonia, etc. and to human secretions (Bloodborne Pathogens) will require the use of PPE (Safety glasses, rubber gloves, dust/fume masks, etc.)
