With our continued growth, we are looking to add a motivated and hardworking Maintenance Helper- to our Pulaski, WI location.

This is a 1st Shift, Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Overtime as needed.

Summary:

This person will report to Maintenance Supervisor and be in charge of cleaning vents/systems in the facility including dust - collected weight. While on a scissor lift, this person will use a Sky vacuum to clean dust from ventilation, walls, etc. in the facility, utilizing proper safety and equipment training.

Main Responsibilities:

This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all the “essential

functions” for purposes of the ADA.

· Maintain dust levels on surfaces to less then 1/32 of an inch.

· Record and maintain Daily OSHA log of collected dust by location.

· Remove and empty all combustible dust receptacles in a timely manner, during and end of shift.

· Work with department supervisors to move parts for access to overhead duct work.

· Do not leave any significant amount of collected dust unattended.

· Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Must not be afraid of heights.

· Ability to read and utilize weight measurement tools.

· Equipment Used & Trained On: Scissors Lift; Fork Lift; 3 Point Harness Safety; Lock Out/Tag Out; Overhead Crane Operation; Hoist and Sling.

· Self-motivated; ability to work with little supervision.

· Ability to use a Fire Extinguisher.

· Ability to travel when required.

· Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Education and Experience:

· High School Diploma or GED preferred

· Previous manufacturing experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to walk for long periods of time

· Prolonged periods of standing, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping

· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times

· Safely walking through manufacturing plant, wearing required personal protective gear (i.e. eye and foot protection, hood as needed.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.90 - $19.00 per hour
