Position Summary: Responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Possess a fundamental understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and mechanical drawings in order to solve problems in a timely manner.
• Document work orders (WO) / preventative maintenance (PM) using computerized maintenance personagement system
• Inspects and checks equipment for proper operating condition, makes necessary adjustments, logs test readings, and maintains, repairs, or replaces all essential equipment parts.
• Comply with company guidelines in the areas of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, waste water, air emissions and etc…
• Performs TIG, MIG, and Arc(Stick) Welding
• Performs miscellaneous maintenance duties as required.

Requirements

Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education, work experience and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position:

Education & Work Experience:

• Experience in manufacturing environment
• At least 5 years of welding experiences in regards to techniques, procedures, and practices; and specifications for material heat treating.
• Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, off shift and shift rotation.
• Position may require on-call duty or overtime.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
