Do you have maintenance skills? Ready to start working now? We are offering a sign on bonus. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, apartment turnovers and janitorial tasks. You will have the support of the site and facilities team.
Property details: Provide maintenance at 2 Family properties: 120 units and 70 units.
PAY: $25.00 Per Hour, with Signon Bonus

Our Maintenance team, completes work orders, performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
Cleans apartments during turnover process.
Maintains grounds and common areas, including lawns and flowerbeds, shrubbery, parking areas, and trash pickup.
Work outside normal business hours to respond to the needs of the property.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Knowledge of basic building maintenance required either through training or experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION

• Minimum of one (1) year in skilled maintenance work.

• Technical training in one or more building trades preferred.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Take direction from the supervisor.

• Read, write, do basic math, and follow instructions.

• Flexible to change work plans.

• Maintain a professional personal appearance.

• Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).
