Management Trainee Job at Allied Crawford (Lakeland), Inc.
A successful and growing steel distribution center in the Lakeland area is looking for a full-time, self-motivated, high energy individual to join our experienced team as a Management Trainee.
Responsibilities for a Management Trainee would be:
-Learn all roles pertaining to day-to-day processes and procedures including Sales, Administration and Operations.
-Ensure compliance to organizational safety standards.
-Assist Managers and other team members with procurement of necessary materials and equipment.
-Analyze and resolve quality, efficiency and service issues by recommending system improvements.
-Identify staffing needs and assist in the hiring process.
-Conduct special projects and assignments.
-Maintain attention to detail while performing multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment.
-Gain the knowledge and know-how to possess upwards mobility for future company needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
