We are looking for a recent 4-year college graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Management, Communication or Hospitality or a 2-year college degree with management experience. This position is located in Houston, TX


What your day to day will be:

When you start as an empowered Manager Trainee, you’ll learn the basics of the retail automotive industry at the largest and most recognized automotive retailer in the country, while gaining the skills and knowledge to accelerate into a leadership position. You will learn every aspect of our business through an intensive two-year rotation program with clearly defined responsibilities. You will help drive results and build relationships with our Associates and Customers.

The program begins in our Service department, working as a Recondition Coordinator and Service Advisor to fully understand the service operations. Thereafter, you will work on the Sales variable part of our business: New/Used/E-Commerce Sales and Customer Financial Services. After successfully completing 14 months of the program, we will collectively evaluate what direction you will be going, Sales or Service Management, in which your last 10 months will be in the department that is best suited for you.

You will be mentored by different leaders at the store. Also, a dedicated Sponsor and regular check-ins with Human Resources and Regional Leadership will ensure you stay on the fast track to success.
