Manufacturing Engineer Job at Oberlin Filter Company
This full time opportunity is for a Manufacturing Engineer at a custom machine manufacturer. The ideal candidate will have proven interpersonal skills through experience communicating with engineers, manufacturing personnel, management and others of varying technical abilities, and must be able to work effectively within a team environment. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:
- Managing multiple projects at one time
- Investigating new manufacturing technologies to suit the environment
- Implementing new process techniques and organization to increase shop flow
- Investigate new designs to existing and new products to reduce costs
- Analyze existing and new products for manufacturing
- Implement documentation and literature for manufacturing processes using drawings and instructions
- Collaborate with multiple departments to maintain product quality levels
- Track labor costs to improve shop efficiency
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- Engineering degree
- Five or more years of manufacturing experience
- Three or more years of ERP experience
- Three or more years of Solidworks Experience
- Three or more years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Possess a solid work history
- Being a US citizen or green card holder
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
