Manpower is partnering with a major Semiconductor Manufacturer in the Phoenix area for Permanent DIRECT HIRE roles!!
RECENT GRADS this is a great opportunity for you!
$20-22 per hour DIRECT HIRE
This role will be responsible for monitoring wafer process, process analysis, and collaborative solutions at the facility.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Work in a clean room environment on 12-hour shifts in a 3-day or 4-day work week
- Learn the chip manufacturing process and stay informed of procedural changes
- Monitor integrated systems in the control booth to ensure proper functioning of automated tools
- Conduct wafer inspections and respond to abnormal production events
- Manage tool stability monitoring, while partnering with supporting modules to bring unstable processes back to baseline
Qualifications:
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- High school Diploma or GED required
- AAS Degree, or Technical Certificate preferred, but not required
- 1+ years of experience of working in a team environment with a common goal
- Fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skills
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, often sitting for long periods
