Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Market Leader, with proven success cultivating relationships with current and prospective clients and experience leading a team of business development professionals with a focus on manufacturing/industrial clients. This position will be working out of our Chicago, IL, Minneapolis, MN, Green Bay, WI, Milwaukee, WI, or Madison, WI, locations.
As a Market Leader, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Market Team as directed by the Senior Vice President. You will be accountable for the delivery of the Market Team business plan and revenue metrics.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifies and responds to Market trends
- Development and implementation of the Market Team business strategy/vision in alignments with the Business Unit strategy
- Incorporates Business Unit initiative(s) into Market Team plan
- Develops and brings forth incremental investment opportunities to the Senior Vice President: growth, profitability, productivity, and future positioning
- Evaluates the effectiveness of Market Team investments made and justification for continued funding of investments
- Focuses on profitable growth and drives responsibility for growth throughout Market Team
- Is a champion for turn-key or design-build value propositions
- Identifies, articulates, and builds market differentiators
- Leads the Market Business Developers relative to delivery of profitable growth, including cross-selling with other Markets and BUs
- Effectively interface with technical and operations leaders with regard to competencies needed to support Market Team
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, Business or similar discipline
- 10+ years of experience in engineering consulting services in either the public or private sector
- A proven track record developing, retaining and maintaining clients
- Demonstrated success in business development
- Demonstrated success in team leadership
- Ability to travel domestically 25% or more
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 15+ years of experience in engineering consulting services in either the public or private sector
- Previous experience developing design/build project opportunities
