Marketing Assistant/Graphic Designer
Ideal job for a college student, willing to work around schedule. Working within brand guidelines, the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for editing and reproducing print layouts and marketing materials in line with Stirling Properties’ needs. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide creative marketing support for commercial agents and brokers. The ideal candidate has graphic design skills, is well-organized, creative and can manage multiple projects. Superior communication skills and ability to communicate with all personality types.
Job duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant/Graphic Designer include, but are not limited to the following:
· Must be a team player!!
· The ability to take knowledge and craft into messages
· Collaborate with other team members to maximize CREATIVITY and excellence in performance and delivery
· Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, After Effects, PremierPro, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office
· Create and produce sales collateral such as flyers, brochures, e-packages, proposals, presentations, newsletters, etc.
· Assist internal clients with collecting necessary marketing content such as property aerials, site plans, competition maps, heat maps, traffic counts, demographics, etc.
· Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and superior communication skills
· Flexible and adaptable to a rapidly changing, fast-paced business environment

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
