Purpose
The role of a Community Marketing Agent is to provide information about the surrounding area to guests, while giving opportunities for qualifying individuals to attend a presentation about Capital Vacations and all the vacations benefits we provide.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee several OPC locations.
- Managerial Responsibilities (i.e., scheduling, rotation, conduct interviews, quality assurance)
- Greets, presents, and incentivizes potential clients to attend a sales presentation at Capital Vacations
- Serves as the first point of contact for guests
- Enjoys discussing vacation
- Must be welcoming and provide a professional first impression of Capital Vacations while pre-qualifying potential customers
- Maintains an accurate record and customer log
- Responsible for the collection and delivery of any deposits received from the guests
Job Requirements
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED
Skills and Abilities:
- 3-5 years of OPC Management experience is preferred, not required
- Ability to maintain production standards
- Ability to overcome objections
- Ability to work independently or as a team with a driven work ethic
- Must be energetic and outgoing
