Job Title: Customer Marketing Coordinator

Reports To: Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager

Peers: Marketing Coordinators

Job Summary

Marketing Coordinators partner with and support Marketing Managers to develop and execute successful go to market strategies that support sales and revenue growth through production support, data reporting and analysis, list management, sales collateral updates, and sales collateral distribution.

Responsibilities & Activities

Go to Market Strategies

• Contribute to marketing plan development and documentation
• Understand market factors, customer base and competitive landscape
• Stay up to date with current marketing trends

Production & Promotions

• Support the production and scheduling of promotional emails
• Update Wordpress Marketing Site
• Maintain promotional email data metrics

Promotional Audiences

• Manage the exchange of monthly list updates from Sales/Admins
• Ensure all leads are being captured and added to promo database
• Monitor email data metrics for influx of opt outs or list changes

Event Marketing

• Maintain list of events that will be attended
• Assist with contracts and deliverables for events that will be attended
• Ensure collateral needs are identified and shipped

Tools, Resources and Collateral to Support Sales & Revenue Growth

• Assist with media kit updates and file uploads to Marketing Site
• Assist with creating on-brand sales presentations
• Develop system for effective file sharing with Sales Teams

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Marketing Experience or Equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organized, and able to work independently with direction

As a company we have embraced the emerging pay transparency laws. The pay range for this position is $60,000-68,000/yr.
