POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Coordinator will develop compelling, concise copy for marketing assets, campaigns, site experiences and social media, as well as print pieces. Additionally, the Marketing Coordiantor will contribute to the ideation for the brand and seasonal campaigns, pitch decks and style guides.

POSITION EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Creative Writing or other related field preferred
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Comfortable working with designers and able to speak their language and represent their voice through writing.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles.
• Experience with style guides
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliverables
• Bilingual preferred

JOB KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience (Minimum)
• 3+ years of work experience preferred
• Agency, journalism, creative writing, medical education, or other experience preferred

• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts
• Write high quality copy for our website, brochures, flyers and more.
• Edit copy for style, grammar, logic, flow, repetition
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to frequent changes in daily activities that involve special project assignments
