Job Details:
The Marketing Representative is responsible for building partner relationships with local physician offices and hospitals. The representative will travel throughout the assigned territory to provide marketing brochures and materials on behalf of AdventHealth Respiratory and Equipment. The goal of this position is to increase clinical partners and retain patients and referral sources.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Build relationships with key employees among customers/patients/referral sources.

Create plans to address clients’ business needs.

Advise clients on creating profitable processes.

Schedule regular meetings with referral sources to ensure they are satisfied.

Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.

Help Client Relations Specialist team to be able to reach out to referral sources.

Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.

Maintain open lines of communication with referral sources and team.

Help different departments on what needs to be done to increase open communication with CM/referral sources/physicians and other departments within our company.

Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of medical terminology

Proficient computer skills in Windows, Excel and other related software

Good verbal and written communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to set priorities and organize work

Ability to handle multiple competing priorities

Ability to work in a team environment and cooperate with all departments
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

One year of healthcare, contact center or medical experience in the medical, home health field

Reliable vehicle and active driver’s license in good standing

Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and general office equipment
