Responsibilities:
- Manage the Marysville/Arlington Territory.
- Promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals.
- Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to routinely contact and follow up with customers.
- Conduct repetitive contact to build relationships and educate the customer on why SERVPRO® is the best cleaning and restoration company.
- Utilize the quarterly Marketing Media Kit to market SERVPRO® services and to sell the benefits.
- Monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring that customer needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Five + years sales, marketing, or customer service experience, with demonstrated history of sales ability and growth
- Effective oral and written communication
- Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
- Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
All offers of employment are contingent on a background check and state level drug screen. This position requires an insurable driving record and is a salary non-exempt role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
