Salary Range:

$19.23 Ph - $21.63 Ph

Summary:

· Manage Charcuterie Artisans 3rd party freight and logistics partners in alignment with the business strategy

· Be a key contributor to the Distribution Resources Planning process and work cross functionally throughout the organization to execute DRP activities

· Develop, implement, and manage KPIs for 3PLs and logistics partners within the network.

· Key contributor in Network audit and design process, managing network projects and monitoring network performance

· Develop and maintain working relationships with logistics vendor partners

· Oversee all 3rdparty transportation functions

· Identify relevant and actionable KPIs and lead indicators of the area and team performance and develop methods of collection and reporting

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Provide leadership for all logistics operations for Rhode Island, Utah, and third-party locations in the logistics admin and Export functions

· Responsible to lead implementation of processes designed to fulfill KPIs and lead indicators

· Manage daily activities of the direct team and processes

· Oversees the daily reporting of statistical data in support of measuring KPI’s

· Leads the development of improved work processes and procedures that enhance logistics performance and effectiveness of assigned work teams and is accountable for achieving the incremental results from the implementation of these improvements

· Schedule and oversee direct team to meet the demands of the organization, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime

· Meet regularly with warehouse, production, planning and procurement managers and supervisors to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for inventory accuracy, continuous improvement, and team development

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent professional experience

· 3+ years’ experience in a logistics focused role

· 2+ years leadership experience

· Proficient knowledge of logistics and transportation best practices and procedures

· Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities

· Ability to work cross functionally with all levels of company staff

· Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bilingual (English, Spanish)

· Advanced degree in supply chain, business, or engineering

· Exposure to ERP/WMS systems

· Experience in manufacturing environment with >1000 unique SKUs

· CLTD or CSCP
