We have IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR PORTERS & MATRONS!
MONDAY - FRIDAY; AM STAFF MORNING CREW $15.35/HR
The scope of work for the positions-
- Vacuuming hallways, common areas, entrance mats, offices (completed at the end of the shift), spot-clean-carpets and removing misc. items off the carpet and floors.
- Office and building cleaning
- Cleaning wall baseboards
- Wiping down desks, surfaces, sinks, kitchen areas, conference room,
- Emptying trash receptacles/bins throughout the building- including offices, public and bathroom bins, replace with liners)
- Removing dust and scuff marks.
- Pre-spot and shampoo all carpeted areas
- Mopping areas with disinfectant solutions.
- Machine scrub hard surfaces
- Remove marks/smudges from areas- such as walls, hard surfaces. Clean seating, tables/desks, and seating areas.
- Clean surfaces like high-touch areas- like elevators buttons, light switches, doorknobs, etc.
- Dusting, sweeping all floors (including fire exits)
- Window Cleaning and glass cleaning- (interior, exterior glass surfaces, doors and partitions)
- Refill supplies- such as toilet paper, soap, etc.
- Monitor the lavatories and monitor cleanliness of supply closet.
- Keeping a daily log of broken items and/or items to be addressed and review tasks daily when completed.
- Make sure all lights are shut off and equipment is put away and emptied if used in course of the service day.
- Clean stairways, lobby area, and landings of the building.
Requirements
- Reliable Transportation
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Fluent in English
- Cleaning experience
Full time positions. After 30 days will be transferred over to the client - Aramark.
