Harvey Watt & Co. is the Nation’s Largest Manager of Airline Pilot FAA Medical coverage. Pilots have to pass Medical Exams with the FAA and a small medical condition or medication can ground them from their jobs as a pilot. Pilots need an advocate. Airlines use us to help guide and advocate for their pilots who are facing medical issues. We have medical teams that walk with the pilot through the process working directly with our doctors and nurses to help pilots get recertified by the FAA Medical Certification Division.

A Little Bit About You…

We’re looking for a Medical Assistant. We need someone with at least 2 years of experience in the medical industry. That doesn’t mean you need to have worked specifically in a hospital or doctor’s office, but it does mean you have to have worked with medical records and directly with patients along with highly trained medical professionals.

What Will You Be Doing?

You’ll be working on an airline team that is geared to provide our pilots a refined experience in a relaxed atmosphere. What does that entail? Well, you’ll be responsible for communicating directly with pilots on the phone and email facing a doomsday scenario for them of being very healthy, but grounded from work by the FAA due to a small medical issue. You’re responsible for the pilot’s experience. Our doctors include Former US Federal Air Surgeons and Airline Medical Directors that you’ll be working with to help gather the direction and assistance for the pilot. Experience:

• EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
