We are looking for an experienced Front Office Medical Assistant extraordinaire who enjoys multitasking in a fast paced healthcare environment and who loves to "get it done". We have two Physicians and four other fabulous people on the team. Everyone is cross-trained front and back and our practice mission is to deliver outstanding comprehensive care to our patients. This means we constantly strive to learn more, improve, and have fun while doing it. If you are up for a challenge, we look forward to hearing from you.
Duties Include:
· Greeting and checking in patients
· Triaging patient calls
· Scheduling appointments
· Responding to patient messages/inquiries
· Refill requests/referrals
· Administering vaccines
· Appointment reminder calls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
