Summary

Follows physicians through his or her workday and chart patient encounters in real-time using a medical office's Electronic Health Record and existing templates.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Chart patient encounters in real-time during office visits

2. Reviews documentation to determine accuracy

3. Manage and sort medical documents in the EMR system

4. Generate referral letters for physicians

5. Assist physician with e-Scribing

Education: High school diploma/GED required

Certification: Highly prefer Medical Assistant or EMT certification or relevant experience in lieu of

Experience: Highly prefer at least a year of experience working in a healthcare setting preferably in a physician practice setting as a Scribe or similar

Pay Range: $19.09 - $28.62
Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an employee’s qualifications and experience.
