The Inside sales consultant position is a 90 day fast track to the General Manager position. Within 90 days you can be runnin your own gym at LA Fitness.
LA Fitness is rapidly expanding and needs talented managers ready for growth within our company. We are looking to train our Inside sales Team members to be ready to take on positions at our current and NEW locations in the greater Philadelphia area.
Responsibilities Include:
-Touring guests around our health clubs-assessing the need individually of every potential member.
-Setting and managing health club appointments for your shift.
-Marketing both inside and outside of the club
-Creating or assisting with establishing a social media presence of the club.
-When needed, help clean to keep a safe environment for our members
Your bonus will depend on hitting pre-determined sales goals, which will afford you the opportunity to increase your pay by earning commissions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,200.00 - $5,000.00 per month
