  • Work as a Project Manager with the Risk department, helping to shape and define the delivery of counterparty credit risk exposure management including potential future exposure, stress testing, collateral and concentration risk.
  • Aiming to implement a new risk reporting engine called, Risk Metrics to loads our firm positions and calculate PFE and Stress
  • Reporting suite to be upgraded with PFE, Stress and new sets of exposure reports and management reports
  • PM to assist in projects oversight, collaboration across team, contingency planning and determining the operating model.
  • Setup meetings, organize workshops with the wider project team and drive functional requirements
  • Create project plans, communicate statuses, track budgets
  • Running working group and steering committee meetings
  • Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency tracking, mitigation and closures
  • Ensure full software development lifecycle follows proper governance and approvals.
  • Work with technical developers and assist with defining data sourcing and data processing
  • Apply industry experience and ensure the solution incorporates "best practice"
  • Demonstrate the solution to end users, recording user feedback and incorporating changes where applicable
  • Understand the principals of project scope and assist the project manager in dealing with scope changes
  • Help define test strategy and undertake testing, in particular assist with UAT testing, helping the userbase to complete their tests and provide summary or management KPI's
  • Log defects accurately and ensuring defect management is carried out efficiently and effectively
  • Work with neighboring technology and project teams to ensure changes and rolled out in a coordinated manner which is non-disruptive to the business
  • Provide a level of post live support and assist with remediation where necessary

  • Strong understanding of counterparty credit risk reporting and processes
  • Knowledge of broker dealer products such as Repos, Stock Borrow Loan and Mortgage Back Securities
  • Proactive Delivery of large multi-functional projects.
  • Experience in the development of program documentation as noted above
  • Ability to execute, escalate, problem solve, present well and communicate clearly
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills a requirement.
  • Ability to work globally
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Experience with PPM tools like Planview or Clarity a plus
