Mountain View 21st Century YMCA Before/After School Part-Time Group Leader Job at YMCA of Catawba Valley
Currently hiring for Mountain View Elementary Burke County YMCA site.
Group leaders work with students, grades k-6, in before/after/summer camp programs. Group leaders are primarily responsible for the supervision of children in their groups. Burke County YMCA Childcare operates with group ratios of 1:15-1:25, depending on the ages of the children in the group. Our program directors and assistant directors plan and prepare fun activities for students and the group leaders are responsible for implementing the activities with students.
This position requires fun, energetic individuals who love to play and have fun but are also responsible, respectful, and caring.
Applicants must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma to be considered. No experience is required. Must be able to pass a state background check.
Job Type: Part-time
